VOLCANIC ORIGIN

The East Java Highlands

Our Liberica trees grow in the rich, shaded volcanic soil of East Java. This unique terroir develops an unusually dense bean structure, yielding a low-acid cup characterized by woody undertones and tropical fruit complexity.

Strict Micro-Lot Sorting

We enforce rigorous physical sorting on every harvest. Each micro-lot undergoes moisture-controlled drying and manual defect removal, ensuring only uniform, export-grade green beans reach the jute shipping sacks.
